Hierdurch gewinnt natürlich die Frage nach einer professionellen Eingewöhnung immer mehr an Bedeutung. In der damaligen Zeit wurden die Kinder einfach ohne Bedenken am ersten Tag in der Einrichtung abgegeben, heute weiß guy jedoch, dass eine behutsame Eingewöhnung entscheidend für den weiteren Verlauf in der Krippe ist. Um eine confident Entwicklung des Kindes zu fördern, braucht es in der Regel die Sicherheit von Mutter und Vater. Diese Rolle muss in einer Tageseinrichtung dann schließlich von der Erzieherin übernommen werden. Damit diese sich für das sort zu einer zuverlässigen und vertrauensvollen individual entwickeln kann, braucht es die section der Eingewöhnung, die in Anwesenheit der Eltern stattfinden sollte. Ich möchte in dieser Hausarbeit der Frage nachgehen, welche Auswirkungen eine Eingewöhnung ohne Beteiligung der Eltern für die Kleinen haben kann. Hierbei beschränke ich mich auf Kinder unter three Jahre beim Übergang vom Elternhaus in die Kinderkrippe.
