Voraussetzung für den Einsatz dieser Methoden der DSP bei der SPS ESPI ist die Rekonstruktion der Objektwellenintensität aus den aufgezeichneten Speckleinterferogrammen. Hierzu können sowohl die Modulationsverteilung als auch die durch eine Fouriertransformationsmethode bestimmte Amplitudenverteilung genutzt werden.
Des Weiteren wird gezeigt, dass die auf diese Weise ermittelten Verschiebungsfelder in der Speckle-Interferometrie zur Kompensation lateraler Dekorrelationseffekte genutzt werden können.
Die in dieser Arbeit entwickelten und charakterisierten Methoden zur Detektion lateraler Verschiebungen und zur Kompensation lateraler Dekorrelationseffekte werden anschließend auf speckleinterferometrische Untersuchungen an technischen
