Daher wird in der vorliegenden Hausarbeit die soziale Inklusion in dem modernen Gesellschaftsmodell von Durkheim sowie in dem Modell des Arbeitskraftunternehmers nach Pongratz und Voß herausgear-beitet. Da das Werk von Emile Durkheim aber sehr komplex ist, kann es in seiner Ge-samtheit aus Platzgründen nicht in Betracht genommen werden. Deswegen wird die examine des Werkes „Über soziale Arbeitsteilung“ nun auf bestimmte Aspekte eingegrenzt: das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zu zeigen, wie sich der Individualisierungspro-zess auf die Solidarität in den oben erwähnten Modellen auswirkt, sowie welche Folgen er für die Akteure und die Gesellschaft hat.

Anschließend wird die Herausforderung für die Entfaltung des Individuums anhand des Modells des Arbeitskraftunternehmers erläutert, damit guy die Auswirkungen des Prozesses der Individualisierung dieses Typus auf die soziale Inklusion feststellen kann.
